For Buyers

Rule I. You may not resell the product unless you have purchased resell permissions.

Rule II. You may not leak or share the product in any way.

Rule III. No refunds will be provided. Please ensure you want the product as it has been tested.

Rule IV. We are not responsible if the product does not meet your expectations.

Rule V. Vouchers cannot be stacked and can only be used to purchase a maximum of two items.

Rule VI. If you own a game, make sure that no one with access to Roblox Studio can steal the script.

Rule VII. You have 2 days to claim any giveaway you win. If you don't, then you are no longer considered a winner.

Rule VIII. If you win a mutual giveaway but join after the giveaway has ended, you will not be considered a winner.

Rule IX. If someone wins any giveaway, we do have no reroll policy in place.

Rule X. If product is free, you are allowed to redistribute it, but FOR FREE ONLY, you can NOT charge people for it and credits must be shown that it's from FineTech.

Breaking these rules will result in the revocation of the product, and no further updates will be provided unless repurchased.

By joining "FineTech," you automatically agree with our ToS.

Violations may result in blacklisting.

We reserve the right to change our ToS at any time without notice.

For Resellers

Rule I. Disclosure of our product details to unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.

Rule II. Distribution of our product for free in any form is not allowed.

Rule III. You are permitted to sell our product on only one server. To sell on additional servers, you must purchase new resell permissions.

Rule IV. Selling resell permissions is not allowed unless you possess Resell+ permissions.

Rule V. Under no circumstances can Resell+ permissions be resold.

Rule VI. The product cannot be sold at the same or lower price than our set price.

Rule VII. Transferring the resell license requires explicit permission from a COO or higher.

Rule VIII. Being blacklisted will result in the immediate revocation of all resell permissions.

Rule IX. FineTech retains full ownership rights to the product, even when you are granted resell or ownership permissions.

Rule X. Proper credit must be given to FineTech to ensure customer awareness of the product's origin.

If you break these rules, resell permission can be removed immediately, and you may be blacklisted.

We reserve the right to revoke resell privileges for any reason or rule violation.
